policeman in Burma to his time spent living in poverty in Paris and London, we gain insight into the life events that influenced his political beliefs and ultimately shaped the themes of his most famous work.

George Orwell was an English writer and journalist born on June 25, 1903, in Motihari, India. He is best known for his works, Animal Farm and 1984, which depict the dangers of totalitarianism and political oppression. Orwell's early life was marked by poverty and hardship, which would later inform much of his writing. Despite his ill health, he was an avid traveler and spent time in Spain during the Spanish Civil War, an experience that would inspire his work in the future. Orwell died in London on January 21, 1950, at the age of 46, leaving behind a legacy as one of the most influential writers of the 20th century.
