It's a great book indeed
Informative book on brain disorders, especially experienced in older people. The author provides practical lifestyle routines to minimize or reduce the effects of memory loss from various forms of dementia later in life. The book is the right length to introduce me to the subject and kept me interested from start to finish. The narrator was excellent.
Not quite what I was expecting — but excellent & a great review & reiteration of advice for keeping your brain healthy!
