Can’t wait for the next one

I just finished this book and am feeling a bit conflicted. I have listened to all of the Joe Picket series over the past few months and knowing this was the "last" one (at least for now) made me want to finish it...and yet not. I knew when I did, I would be missing this "family"(including Nate,of COURSE) that I have developed almost an emotional connection to. I love the way CJ Box infuses current issues into these books, and watching how Joe and Nate deal with them in such different ways. (I envy Maribeth who gets to have BOTH of them in her life.)Can't wait til the next one Mr. Box! (And THANK YOU Audiobooks for making them available!)

Just bad from the beginning. Characters made bad decision after bad decision putting themselves into unnecessary positions.

I have listened to ten Joe Pickett books. This one is in my top three. Fast moving and good cliff hangers

Story is good did not realized it was a series till the end now I want to listen to the next one.

Great series. I hope they do another tv season too

Superb storyline. Gripping and compelling. Has unnecessary use of vulgar language.

Great listen

Not sure what it was about this story, but i seemed to use the FF button at spots, which I normally don't do for C J Box. The story was ok, just not great, hope the next one is better, but still looking forward to it.

I absolutely love this series. Honestly debating starting it from the beginning so I can enjoy it again.

One of the best series out there. Realizing this was the 21st makes me want to make sure I have listened to or read them all!

Another very exciting book by Mr. box. It story was intents and riveting Loved it. The only problem is I wish that the book were longer and I wish that Mr Box could write faster. Now that I have read all of his books it's a long wait until the next new one. Well done
