An excellent followup to Dragonflight and well worth a listen.

This is my personal favorite of the Dragon Rider of Pern series. The growth of characters and changes the world undergoes makes you really feel what the people of this world do through. Even as it brings those changes, the story beautifully guides you to how things were to how they will come to be in The White Dragon. Dick Hall once again, for me, delivers this story with a passion that is second to none. the quality of the recording might not be the best, but for me that only adds to the charm of this tale. I cannot recommend Pern stories enough to people.
