Loved it! I definitely laughed out loud a few times. I liked the catchy chapter titles. Very practical and made perfect sense! I would like to read some of her others.

Narration was great, could have done with a bit less salty language. I'm cool with it, but it got to be a bit much by the end. That said I'm planning to listen to or read her other book Ditch the Diet as well. So would recommend with a small caveat.
