Unabridged Audiobook
Decent enough story, with enough twists to keep from being the same as all the other stories like this one. However, the narrator made it very difficult to enjoy. The way she ended almost every sentence, (i.e.: ...with each otherrrrrrrr - said with a British accent and what felt like annoyed emphasis on that last letter), was so maddening I almost stopped listening mid-book. I actually would catch myself sneering and making snarky comments at the narrator when she’d do that; it was just so damn irritating. But I digress. To sum it up- reading this one on your own would be a much better choice to fully enjoy the story.
The book was good..... But the ending was cut off ..... It does not let you listen to the last hour or so i was very disappointed ...
This book made me laugh and kept me interested from page 1 to last page.
Loved this book, they always leave me wanting more.
Julie Garwood is a treasure regardless the book, time period or genres. Honor's Splendour is a classic, romantic, funny and a pleasure to read. Anne Flosnik the narrator did a fine job in spinning Garwoods tail, giving life to the characters.
