Gave this to my friend after I went through it. Together we’ve started to lose weight together. That’s something I can recommend to anyone seeing this! If you can do it with someone else, it will be a whole lot easier to be accountable. This specific audiobook was clear, informative and minimized my insecurity about fasting. I liked specifically the concept of increasing my fast gradually and not doing an “extreme” version right away. Good audiobook!

I really enjoyed this book. It gave me a much-needed motivation to continue on my pursuit of losing weight as well as immediate results. I’ve tried so many diets before and nothing gives me a permanent solution. Usually, I lose weight but then after some time, it jumps right back up.
