It's only two CDs. I killed it in a day. Most of this appears in his other books.

Hey listen if you want a short book about generalizations that you already know then get this book. If you feel like you have fallen off track then maybe this would be a good review. This book contains information you already know.

The narrater is good but the book is so boring. I feel like the author said the same thing over, and over, and over again. Everything sounds great in theory but I'm halfway into the book and I still don't see where I'm supposed to find the leader in myself. There's a lot more talk of how things were and how it's different today but not a lot of talk of identifying traits within yourself that are leader-like qualities and how to use those. They just say it looks different in everyone, which is not helpful at all. I got this book on a whim in the hopes it would help or illuminate ways to be better at my job but it has been a bust. 10/10 Do Not Recommend.

I do not think I question I questioned every narrative in question every syllable I question every circumstance situation and marriage as I do not know much as much is not to be known nor is it equivalent of being distorted or valued at what propaganda at what prop against does it require this is not haste signed out to paste or the waste hurry hurry let me know in a jiffy.

Pretty good. There were some good points and advice, but for a typical upper manager, there is a lot in there that is obvious. For example, there is a section on how you need to be a "good listener" or not be condenscending. This would be a good resource for those that are not in management positions but that could use management skills in their positions. Information regarding teamwork is good.
