Unabridged Audiobook
Very slow beginning
It’s an okay book that I received through my VIP for free so I don’t regret listening to it, but almost didn’t because of the narrator. I didn’t really enjoy her style or deliverance of the story. Also the book is not a fantasy, therefore it’s not very realistic because I’d like to believe that never in the history of ever has there been a small town police or sheriff’s department that’s been so inept.
I liked it. It kept my attention.
It was a decent, average read. I didn’t care for the narrator’s delivery, I don’t know why, it just felt a little stiff and not flowing.
