Living Lies

This book should come with a warning, the topic of contemplating suicide was near constant in the near 2 hours I listened. I kept waiting for the story to turn to the murder mystery, but no instead we get more about the main character's reasons to commit suicide or not! Oh and she's the only parent to a young boy! Like I said this book should come with a warning!

The book good!

This book really dragged..it was an interesting plot, but could have been a lot shorter.

what a great story, part mystery, part crime, part love story.. narrarator was great, very easy to listen to, didn't want to put it down.

I was looking for a good detective/mystery novel, but this book was lacking at best. It was a romance novel without the sex. It hits all the highlights (god, love, uniforms, & family) a sappy southern reader might look for at face value, but has no real depth to it. Maybe this writer gets better because it appears this was one of her first books, but I wouldn't pay to listen to another one.
