Unabridged Audiobook
Good confidence booster for novices
I got this as a VIP selection. I picked up a few tips but, as a seasoned runner, I'm not sure it would have been worth the money. That said, if you're looking to get started running (at any distance) I think it would be excellent book for you. There are loads of general tips (nutrition, shoes, clothing, etc) as well as descriptions of stretches and strength exercises and a number of training plans. God love the narrator who had to read through all those training tables. Was painful to listen to and probably painful to narrate, but he did as well as he could have. The physical book would probably be better than the audiobook.
