I loved this book. A fabulous narrator, and a great author. I didn't want it to end.

Wow. Paula Costello did an excellent job narrating this book. Accents can go so wrong if a person doesn't know what they're doing, but Paula was great! Her British and Scottish accents were believable and not over the top or cheesy. She was amazing at portraying the different character voices as well as the emotion and personalities for them. The storyline was great, as well. This is my first Samantha Young book, but it won't be my last! Sexy, frustrating, sweet, and funny, this book took me on a roller coaster of emotions. It did it in a believable way, though. Did Jocelyn sometimes make me want to put my eye out with her overthinking freak outs? Yes. Did Braden sometimes get on my nerves with his domineering actions? Totally. But I think the flaws of the characters makes them more realistic. Super sexy listen, and sweet at times. Don't pass this up!

This is the first book in the series I read and it completely hooked me in! I loved how the characters were very well developed but still had melting sex scenes. The narration was perfect too, the voice matched the characters and loved the Irish accents.

Better than most

This is the first time time that I have ever listened to this author and narrator. A bit too much graphic sex talk. enjoyable for a rainy day.

It's so good that I felt sad wen it finished. The protagonist isn't a fragile girl who needs a man to save her. She is independent, persistent and has the courage to face her ghosts from the past. The couple has an explosive interaction describe in a very beautiful and tasty way.
