I was not happy with the content of this book if I ha d known this was more of a promotion to continue to purchase more of her books I. would ne ver have gotten it I feel it was a waste of a credit Louise hay was awesome and well worth it I want to continue with your service so I will try again when I receive another credit thank you for listening Rose D

After I thought I had researched and knew as much as one could possibly know about anxiety disorders, panic attacks, agoraphobia, etc. I was delightfully surprised with the information and knowledge that I was given from Dr. Claire Weekes. She is brilliant and you could not ask for any better information than she has provided. I am so thankful for her, her knowledge and willingness to share with such passion. She hit the nail right on the head! I highly recommend for anyone who suffers any type of anxiety. I now feel that I have the tools ,that I have been searching for, for so long, to finally take the steps toward recovery.

After suffering for years with anxiety I found this book. I can't say I'm cured yet but it has really helped me to realize what's happening in my body when those symptoms arise and how to manage them. Also the author has a great tone. I imagine this book is a better listen than a read because you actually feel like your receiving treatment from her. Check out the date is was published and the history of the author. What an amazing woman for her time.
