Unabridged Audiobook
Story was good but I found it difficult to listen to the narrator or narrators. It sounded like they had the microphone pressed to their mouths...very breathy!
I found it very hard to listen with the monotone narrator.
I really did enjoy this book. i actually listen to it twice. great job to the author!!!!
This author writes wonderful, exciting, complicated and unpredictable stories. Like her other audiobooks, Jodi Ellen Malpas’ main male and female characters are unique in personality and choice of professions. The sensual tension between the two characters is real and believable. His audible descriptions Of how she makes him feel hot you deep! Like her other books, this story is well told and never has a dull moment! There is drama, great sex, deception, self loathing, a military connection, parental interference, surveillance and many other twists and turns. In her past books, the narrator, for some reason didn’t match the characters, but the story was sooooo good, I managed to finally get past it. These narrators are very original and well suited for this storyline. I Love Love Love Jake! And his voice—OMG! I love his sexy Australian accent. Camille has as beautiful a voice as I envision her to be! I am a faithful audiobooks user. I’ve purchased over 50 books and another 125 through another audio book provider. I have to say that this is in my top 5 all time favorites. You must read this book!!!
The narrators were terrific. They read the book like they were acting it out. The story is somewhat a mystery and kept me guessing until the end. Well written.
