As usual, JK delivers again! Another outstanding book in the series and thought provoking as well. Still love the back story of Strike and Robin and their relationship too.
First, be aware that this is a very long story - but that it really didn't matter because the plot was so interesting, that it for the most part just kept moving forward. I found the psychology used by those who hook people into cults to be quite fascinating as well as a bit spooky. The main plot is laced with a lesser plot which is why I think that the main plot never got old. Also, the narrator was one of the best readers that I have heard - he was thoroughly convincing taking on all the various characters. If you want to listen to a long, definite page turner, I can't recommend this novel enough.Thoroughly entertaining.

I couldn’t stop- I listened to this in about 4 days. At first I was on the fence about this series now I’m totally hooked. I love evolution of all the characters, can’t wait for the next one! (Also my favorite book so far in the series!)
I love this author for so many reasons, especially for speaking up for women's rights and out safety. Another book in this series I couldn't stop listening to, 34 hours in less than 4 days. Amazing narration, gripping series, great characters and plot!
