Good book. Boundaries. it goes both ways. it helps to have some direction in the how to start. At the same time, it can also feel like eating humble pie. You may identify yourself as the one who needs to set boundaries as well as the one who is crossed those boundaries.

The beginning and last few chapters really put everything together to make it a great book. I found the author as narrator highly engaging as well. In terms of downsides, some sections had a few too many lists for my taste
