Summary
Are you ready for your next magical adventure?

Okay, so I'm in trouble. Big trouble. I'm broke. Worse, my boyfriend of five years just dumped me.

What do I do? I move in with my three eccentric aunts in their family home, Davenport House. Sounds exciting, only this massive farmhouse likes to eat men.

If I were a regular human, I would have run out screaming like a banshee. As a witch-I do absolutely nothing. Hey, maybe they deserved it?

I'm back in Hollow Cove, the flamboyant paranormal community, where nymphs, werewolves, trolls, shifters, witches, and other paranormals live comfortable lives away from prying human eyes. As I settle into my new life, I decide to accept my aunts' proposal and join the family business-the business of protecting our town and killing anything that would want to harm it. But I've been away from the paranormal world for quite some time, and my magical abilities are a little bit rusty. Heck, they're practically invisible.

Things soon spiral down the crapper when people in our community start dropping like flies. And when demons start showing up in Hollow Cove, it's up to me to take care of them. Permanently.

This is going to be awesome. I just know it.

Great story. I have a weakness for. smart mouthed heroines and this one is a good one. I liked the story although it is a common theme, a girl after a break up goes to stay with relatives In a town of supernaturals, several authors have used this idea but this is a well written one with fun characters. The story has an ending but many things are left open for later books in the series. I really enjoyed Devon Sovari's narration.

A no-nonsense book that was easy to listen to. I enjoyed it.

I liked the idea but I couldn't finish. How could someone, no matter how long away, forget some of the " magical elements", of her town? Too contrived shallow characters contrived plot.....

Light and funny story, exactly what I was in the mood for. If you're looking for a dramatic story with twists and turns that will leave you reeling this isn't it! Goes pretty quickly.... think Charmed or Buffy ..

The narrator takes a little getting use to but the book wasn't bad. I look forward to reading more.

The story might get better but I couldn’t stand the narrator enough to listen past the first 45 minutes. Maybe I’ll try again someday…but not likely.

I enjoyed the story, which included the reality created by the author. I wasn't wild about some of the dialogue. The narrator was excellent.
