Good book, listen to these in order.

Full DIsclosure: I love all things Joe Pickett (C. J. Box is so awesome) and David Chandler is my favorite narrator. I have read or listened to many books since COVID descended up us and have become a little jaded & find myself predicting events and outcomes. Happily, I am rarely right in my predictions for these novels. I live in the southern USA and have spent little time in Montana or any surrounding states. Joe's descriptions bring it to life (thanks, Mr Box!). All the issues introduced- environmental, political, societal, whatever; really resonate with me and have taught me a lot. Look forward to reading the rest of this series.

Love the Joe Pickett series.

Best one in the series so far. The first three were kinda slow at first, but I’m glad I stuck with the series.

Great story. It lagged a little in the middle… but over all very exciting.

As usual I thoroughly enjoyed this audio book. I love the depth of characters.

Unnecessary sexual content. Unsatisfactory & unbelievable ending.
