Sorry guys, couldn't get through this. The self help aspect has been done to death, I actually thought this was a book about finding yourself through the Martial Arts, unfortunately I was greatly mistaken, the cover and title I find misleading because of this. The book was so repetitive it was nauseating. I literally feel sick at the thought of listening to another chapter. As for the narration, take it from me, I talk real slow and monotonous, so when I hear another brother sound the same I think to my self Why!?! Why wouldn't you pay someone to read this for you? Your voices are just not cut out for reading, some of you struggled with pronouncing simple words! Better luck next time.
