Before that, he ran the site’s Hill blog and spent five years with Newsday—the last three in Washington following Hillary Rodham Clinton’s presidential campaign. His work has also appeared in The New York Times Magazine, New York, and the The New York Observer. He lives in the Washington, D.C., area with his wife, Diane Webber, and twin sons, Nathaniel and Charles.
