Summary
This delightful meditation is for young children and designed to be listened to at bedtime. The children become involved in the sleepy story and find themselves relaxing and becoming very sleepy too. So they drift off to sleep at the end (or before the end!), feeling calm, safe and happy.
The recording helps young children relax as the toys in the story relax. It's a story about the toys playing together after the children have already gone to sleep. They have a great time. Musical instruments play, dolls dance, trucks drive around, trains rush around the tracks, teddies play until the sleep fairy sprinkles her fairy dust and they begin to slow down and get very sleepy. The little ones get sleepy first and the bigger ones let them snuggle up to them. Then the bigger toys get sleepy too and can't stop themselves getting sleepier and sleepier. And in the end everybody gets sooo sleepy, that they just can't help themselves falling asleep!
By this time it is very likely that the listening child will have fallen asleep too as Lynda's calming voice gets sleepier and sleepier
Regular listening is the key to success.
The recording uses state of the art technology.
