- Nighttime Program (25:59 mins) - Listen to this session in your bed before you go to sleep. Preferably every night but at least 5 nights a week.
- Affirmations with headphones - (18:37 mins) - Music with subliminal affirmations. Listen whenever you can wear a headphone. Cooking, cleaning, sports or whenever you want.
- Affirmations without headphones - (31:45 mins) - Music with audible affirmations especially made to safely listen to in the car or doing other activities without headphones whenever you want.
