As always, I love Robyn Carr's stories and I especially love listening to Therese Plummer's performances. She is a one-woman force of nature. I especially loved the Northern California setting, as I lived in Alameda for a time. (The only thing I would tell Therese is that San Raphael is pronounced "San Ruh-FELL.) This story has appeal to both younger and older folks, as it shares almost equal time with the 20-something kids as it does with the 50-60 year olds, dealing with not only their kids but also aging parents. So many of us can relate!
