My mom recommended this book and said “I wish I had this book 20 years ago!” It is that good. The author is the narrator, and she is funny! The book itself is full of research based information on menopause, perimenopause, and all of the symptoms associated with both. It’s like having a friend going through it with you! I highly recommend this book!!
