Unabridged Audiobook
The book started out great- dispelling many myths about Baseball's beginning and why they got circulated in the first place. It dragged toward the end by going too deep into the lives of two or three major figures of the amateur era and never really gave a satisfying conclusion to bring it full circle to the modern game. Still a GREAT read for any huge baseball fan. Bet you didn't know you could get an out in the early days by "soaking a fellow" (hitting him with the thrown ball).
