Unabridged Audiobook
Loved it ! Not as good as the first book but still a great listen
Either more or less development of the protagonist’s childhood trauma would’ve been welcome.
Not nearly as engaging as the first book. The theme of fashion in Paris didn’t hold my attention like the Irish village life in Impostor. But what were really tiresome were the chapters starting with Alex’s nightmares. OK, we get it - he has bad dreams about his upbringing. But the description is lengthy and repetitive - and it doesn’t add anything to the story or to our understanding of his character. Add to that a barely believable plot twist and this is why I give it only 2 stars. No problem with the excellent narration however!
Interesting story
Yes another good book from LJ Ross
I very much like this character and look forward to more of him. The narrating is excellent.
