descent. Alot different from the movie.

The legendary novel of author James Ellroy's LA Quartet is just that. Legendary. Deceit, corruption, betrayal, scandals, murder and sex are plenty. There are no good men in this book, just those living in a shade of grey. There's so much that can be said about this book, so I'll sum it up like this; reading/listening to this book is a journey you will never forget
