A beautifully researched and written book about fascinating and honorable leaders who changed the course of history for the better. The narration was excellent!
I listened to an abridged audiobook, which could not do the book justice. I left it with mixed feelings, believing the author spent a lot of time justifying the behaviors of Eleanor or Franklin. She didn't need to do that. She had effectively portrayed them both so well I felt they could have been sitting down next to me. They breathed. Who could want for more in a biography?
