Unabridged Audiobook
The book has less to do with self-discipline and more to do with general self-improvement advice. There's a while tangent on CBT as well, which could be used in context of self-discipline, but unfortunately is not. I was highly disappointed, although hopeful, so I continued to listen. After 4 and a half hours, I'm done. The tangents are unbearable, and when they state the topics, there is no correlation to them in the proceeding chapter. Honestly a waste of money and shouldn't be a premium. The narrorator has a no ability in structuring the phrases with tone, making it difficult to follow at times. I'm also convinced some parts are being completely misread, or even skipped with the lack of sense in some of the sentences. He also stutters quite noticeably here and there. Not the worst narrorator I've heard, but certainly not the best either.
It's amazing! After listening this I now understand several things about myself and my mother that we didn't get before.
