The story was good but the narration was not the best but For free it’s a great deal

Clearly this is not a New York Times best seller. The story is somewhat interesting however, the narration is too fast, with no emotion and constantly reminders the listener that this is "part of the public domain". I guess for free you can't complain.

I liked the book. Shows light into the life of submarine warfare in that time. Narrator quality and sound varies from chapter to chapter with librivox. Overall it was decent.
